Steps to Deactivate TikTok Account in 2024: 1. Open up the TikTok application on your phone. 2. Tap the profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen. 3. Tap the three-lines menu at the top right, then select Settings and privacy. 4. Tap Account. 5. Tap Deactivate or delete account. 6. Tap Deactivate account. 7. Tap Deactivate. 8. Enter your account password, then tap Deactivate account. 9. Tap Deactivate in the pop-up that shows up to temporarily deactivate your TikTok account.
If you change your mind and want to reactivate it, simply log into your account and tap Reactivate to recover it.
